There are plenty job opportunities in South Africa, from gardening to store cashiers and cleaners. Employers simply gravitate towards foreign nationals because they have no legal rights and are easily exploited.

This puts our country under immense strain. The employed citizens are taxed heavily so as to fund health-care for the undocumented immigrants, as well as to social grants for the millions of unemployed citizens. This is insane and dysfunctional. Government and companies need to be held accountable for the mess our economy is in.
