We, the residents of Kirksville, MO call on the City Council to address the city's waste management issues. 

We are tired of the following issues that seems to be constant and evidently getting progressively worse:

- Waste Management deliberately not picking up trash bins, creating a messier and unsanitary city. They pick and choose when to take the garbage. 

Waste Management feels it can do whatever they want, however they want, and be as rude as they want since they are the only choice, we as residents have. We demand additional options for residents, to choose from. 

The current service is an atrocity, environmentally hazardous, and leaves residents with unethical options.  Such as illegal dumping, due to Waste Management's negligence. 

By signing this petition, you demand change in service.  You demand for the city council and city manager to actively create more competitive options. Once the signatures are compiled, I will write an official letter to the aforementioned, elected representatives.  Please, be actively involved in our community.  I am new to this city and have decided to call it home, and therefore, I want to see it flourish and not be monopolized by inadequate services.
