Why is it fair that excused absences are counted against us? How is it fair that if I go to the dentist or to my cousins Bar Mitzvah that I deserve to get my grade lowered? 

The answer is: It isn’t fair.

We want a changed absence policy immediately because our personal lives don't deserve to be controlled by school.
