The British Columbia Government removed our legal right to seek additional compensation for damages caused by an ICBC insurance holder.  They call this "No Fault" Insurance.

Under "No Fault" Insurance, ICBC has assigned a monetary value to a human life that protects ICBC and not people affected by road violence.  For example, the parents of a baby were awarded less than $30,000 for the life of their daughter who was killed on a sidewalk.  A human life, any human life, is worth more than $30,000.

Please sign this petition to send a message to the BC Government that ICBC's "No Fault" Insurance needs to be changed to ensure that people are protected from road violence with fair compensation for their trauma, and that people have the legal right to seek additional compensation in court. 

ICBC should not be above the law.
