Let’s pave the way for period products and menstrual health by encouraging change starting with the government! All those who experience menstruation should not be left without when in need. It starts here with you and ends with LA City Council and Councilman Bob Blumenfield. 

Period products are a necessity just like toilet paper, soap, toilet cover seats and paper towels in public restrooms. The government can lead by example and provide these products at no cost in restrooms that they own and operate, including parks, government buildings, schools, museums and so much more. Imagine the peace of mind that you, a loved one or even a stranger will experience knowing that if their menstrual cycle occurs while out they won’t feel shame to have to resort to using products that are unsanitary or potentially unsafe. 

Providing free feminine hygiene products is not only the right thing for the government to approve and Bob Blumenfield in Los Angeles; but it will lead the way for other cities and states to also take action!
