Franklin has always had their Trick or Treat on the Sunday before Halloween from 4 to 7pm.

This year's times are 4 to 7pm on MONDAY October 31st!!!

The majority of the kids that will be Trick or Treating are still in School until 355pm! After that they are on the bus, walking to their house from the bus, walking home or in Kids Club.

In addition, the traffic around the schools and in the neighborhoods is SUPER busy! It can make what is normally a fun event dangerous for the kids of Franklin.

These Trick or Treat times need to go back to SUNDAY! 

Please sign this petition and tell the city to change the times back to SUNDAY October 30th, 4 TO 7PM!!!!!
