Hi,

I booked the wrong bus on accident. I immediately noticed and canceled it, to book the correct bus. I didn't know I was getting a ONE year voucher as a refund.

I think this is ridiculous. Just refund us correctly. 

This is not customer orientated and quiet literally a huge ripoff.

If they give us a voucher it should at least be valid forever and not only ONE year.
