Recently representatives of 40 countries met at the US Ramstein Air Base in Germany. They have decided to drastically change the approach to Russian war in Ukraine. As US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said, the alliance should not only ensure Ukraine's victory, but also weaken Russia sufficiently so that it never will be able to repeat such horrors again.

In the spirit of that agreement we

1. Demand that Putin be removed from power by any means available, e. g., completely isolating him in his bunker or officially appointing another leader of Russia, without normal elections. Any of that has to be done by hands of Russian generals or members of "Kremlin gang". CIA has to encourage the use of those hands.

2. Demand that US send peacekeeping troops to Ukraine. President Biden, you have to do it immediately, without any authorization by Congress. And you don't need to declare war on Russia. There will be many politicians and bureaucrats whining about it but you have to stand firm. Those troops will not participate in any fighting, but their very presence will prevent Russian aggressors from bombing Ukrainian cities.

It would be hopeless to try persuading NATO. Even though Poland and Baltic states may join this effort, don't wait for them. Do it NOW!

3. Ask that all people of "good will" help Ukraine to fight Russian hordes by donating as much money as reasonably possible to that noble cause. 4. Demand that Putin's agents in the West, first of all in the US, be severely condemned. A good example is Rand Paul who in our opinion should be impeached from the Senate and thoroughly investigated. There are many other previously "conserved" KGB agents whom Kremlin is desperately using right now to try making the West let Putin "save his face" at the expense of Ukraine giving up a part of its sovereignty.
