Problem: 

The current examination date (Thursday 28 April) for the Strategy mid-term is right after Kingsday. This is problematic as most students will be affected by the holiday, regardless whether they partied or not. Aside from having to sacrifice their holiday, the sleep of students that have housemates or live in a studentflat, will likely be hampered by all the partying. For the course, the result will be a lower average course grade and passing rate. For students, this would result in lower GPA and higher risk of having to come back in the summer for resits. The frustration caused by this is easily avoidable.

Proposed Solution:

We believe that it will be in the benefit of most students, as well as the course, if the exam would be moved forward to Tuesday 26 April. This way students will not run the risk of underperforming due to sleepdeprivation and allow for the celebration of Kingsday.
