Pre-K - 8th : same system with additional cognitive phycologists to take the time within these years to study each student the way they learn, withhold knowledge, span of memory, and what subjects and modules suit them best.

(This will determine the students strong suits and weak suits where they are most likely to be successful in)

Meetings with cognitive phycologist assigned to the school in which they attend in order to find out which classes will suit them best. 

(If student is aware of what career path they are intending on taking then the classes within the last four years of their basic education will be set along that path) other classes will not be required after 8th grade unless student chooses to take it a following year or changes their career path. This allows the students to attend classes in which they will not only enjoy but are more likely to succeed in. With this, it keeps students wanting to go to school, it keeps them intrigued in learning rather than wanting to skip due to a class being boring or them feeling as if they can't meet standards resulting in them not attending. This not only increases the attendance rate but it also increases the statistics of the students grades as well as how much they pay attention to and actually observe rather than leaving a class the same as they came in. This keeps students down a path of success.

Now think about it, if students were to be taking classes in which they enjoy based on a career path set then they are more likely to attend school as well as a higher likelihood of attending a university. This keeps students in school, universities acceptance rates will increase, high school files will look more presentable, students will actually be more interested in the educational environment. This not only helps the students it helps the staff and district as well.

If a student doesn't know what career they are seeking they will be placed in clasees once again where they are strong in and given the flexibility to change classes after every semester to explore other possibilities until they find what they are looking for.

This gives each and every student an equal opportunity in school rather than the ongoing issue of select students feeling as if they are too slow or too fast this educational system will be based on the students pace leading to more achievements for everybody rather than a select few. Students will be able to choose the method in which they learn in therefore teachers will be teaching in multiple ways audible hands on and visual leading teachers to have an increase salary as well.
