We own a bar&grill in the city of Church Hill. The current distance needed to obtain a beer permit from a church or school is 1200 ft. We are asking for it to be lowered to 850ft so we can obtain a beer permit. The local neighboring cities are a much lower distance: Rogersville 250ft, Surgoinsville 300ft, and Mt Carmel 400ft. We are asking the Mayor and Alderman to vote to lower the distance and we need local support to get it done.
