Many students living on ETSU campus have become sick from the food served at the Dining Hall in the DP Culp Center. Many students report stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, etc. across all food stations. 

This is a campus wide issue as students are required to pay for a meal plan if they live on campus, regardless of whether they can eat the food without complications. This petition will advocate for better health practices in the kitchen and the reduction of possible food additives that may be causing these effects.

Students and faculty are encouraged to provide testimonies to further the cause and get better food for everyone to enjoy. Safe and healthy food is the goal here.
