My dog got of my house and ran up to another dog they both bit each other and now my dog gas to have a muzzle outside at all times even in my back yard leash a kennel a $500 annual fee for inspection by game commisioner,micro chipped,he can no longer run around in his back yard,he must be muzzled outdoors at all times.the change is for to prove with evidence after the first occurrence that he or she is indeed agressive or dangerous.(important note he's 1 year old and there 3 3month old puppies at my house that are not his and he does not bite them and is walked to school with my children and I with no attacks or attempted attacks).Government protocols and regulations need to change to better the health of all animals in all of the usa.If I win dogs every where will be protected from being called aggressive or dangerous so easily as mines has resulting in poor care of said pet(exercise,mental well being,drinking and eating outside with no muzzle etc...)
