Change.org needs to provide a way to comment on a petition without having to sign it. Change.org counts dissenting signatures the same as those agreeing with the petition and this creates a distortion of the true total number of supporters of the petition. Give everyone a voice by providing a way to comment without signing. 
By signing a petition it is assumed you agree with the petition. Time and time again if you read the posts made by signers of a petition you will find many that have signed only to protest the petition, this however bloats the total number. There is no distinction made of  those that agree and do not agree with the petition.
