I been at amazon for almost two years now. It has helps a lot with my living and a few other things. But since October of 2021 the hours have been cut back a lot so it’s hard to pay bills. I want from 37 hours to hardly making 20 hours and this is not just me it’s the 50 plus other workers just in my site alone. 20, 30 , 40 , 50 and 60 year old people that have rent and bill just like the rest of us. 15 bucks and hour is not enough and we have no option to move up to full time at all. To live more comfortable we have to make more since rent went up like 100-200 . 18-20 an hour for all amazon workers or workers in general should be the starting pay at 15-17 that’s not enough to live anymore. I could hardly pay my rent this past month and behind in bills. I had to look for another job and I don’t want to if they just payed more . They should also give bonuses and treat us like humans not robots. If you help me share this and  spread the work and sign this Petition it can help us getting closer for amazon and the team to consider for all us to have a raise. Fight for what you want don’t just sit there and be silent . I’m not silent anymore I’m fight for a better wage and fulltime hours . So let’s show up for what we think is right. Thank you so much!!
