Peter has been covering Crufts for many years. He is a dog owner and has a great deal of knowledge of the breeds. He provides the link between the presenters who judge dogs at champiinship level and people at home who may not understand the show structure and process. Peter has been dropped by Chanel 4 for the 2020 Crufts coverage.

Peter is owned by Wire Haired Dachshunds and we, in our capacity as representatives of the #SausageArmy, campaign to reinstate Peter in his role as a Crufts commentator on Chanel 4s coverage. Peter is the voice of Crufts and we support him as fellow Dachshund owners.
