I want the Child Support System to be as fair to men as they do for the women and investigate women's claims and allegations of men being the father of their baby's without taking the right steps to find out is such claim true. They get Info. from these women ( Name, social security number, job) If they have one of the man in question and right away just start taking out of the man's income without proper follow through such as blood test or mouth swab before they take a mans money. It's not fair that the Child Support System have been doing this to men for Year's and so far there have been nothing we can do about it. A lot of mens lives have been ruined by this in more ways then one, as well in some cases it have been found to not be true of the elevations of fatherhood and Child Support will not refund the money but the case is just automatically dropped. It's not fair to men and this has to stop right now. Men have had separations from spouses and divorces behind this, separated from their other children, having to go through court to see their other children all behind Child Support not taking the right measures and steps to see if the said claims were true. Give us the same rights and fairness that you give the women. It's only right and It's only fair. A father is just as important as a mother. I myself went through the same ordeals that I am speaking of, and all I'd ask was to get a blood test to prove I was the father and on two occasions I didn't get that, I got a bunch of story's, having to go talk to said mother of my son's social worker at a welfare assistance building and getting the run around and still wasn't seen or ever got the a test. On a second ordeal I called a other county where I was put up for child support and again all I asked for was a blood test and was told it was too late, how unfair is that to a man who's not running from responsibility. Child Support makes all men look like dead beat Dad's even when your involved, child support doesn't care about a man all they care about is the women getting on welfare and taking all of the .and money now we have a hard time living, can't get an apartment for his own self barley food, have to stay with someone because he don't make enough money to survive, I'm going through it as I'm writing this petition and been dealing with this for years. The older child now has to be, 36 yrs old and my youngest son that I have been taking care of even with child support taking out is now 22 yes old, he's working and going to school. I have to try to change this. Thank you
