Entire Noida is full of open, uncovered drains.  The threat to human life with the stench and gases coming out of it is immense. All electronic instruments and AC are being affected. Big societies (eg sector 92) are being developed in the entire area but no one is bothered about this pollution and the negative environmental impact being made by this. Noida Authority has always slept over the issue. More money is being spent by Noida Authority on making big entry gates, developing animal figures at roundabouts, and doing cosmetic changes in Noida. For once rectify the basic flaws in the city. It's time to wake or be ready for an environmental downfall. Many young and educated lot are moving towards Gurgaon because of this. Other than the basic hygiene issue of cleanliness, this issue has been standing since Noida's master plan was conceptualized. STP plants should be set up and some budget should be set aside for that. Time to take action as only paper plans are going nowhere.
