SGA considered as one of the method of cost saving in DRB Group. But mostly for most of us, we felt that SGA / ICC just a burden. Whereas it is just meant to be "just-on-paper-thingy"; not reflecting on actual practice and just for show off and meet HQ submission quota purposes.

In addition, all of the workers in HTS have been occupied by their own work environment based on respective Job Descriptions (JD).

EVEN MOST OF THE WORKERS ESPECIALLY EXECUTIVE LEVEL ARE OVERLOAD WITH TASKS, AND NEED TO WORK EXCEEDING THEIR OWN WORKING HOURS WITHOUT THE PRIVILEGE OF GAINING OT PAID.

Thus, we need to make a drastic change on this. Stop pretending on finishing slides just for the purpose of avoid the "bonus killer" (read: SCL)

If the management want to keep the SGA alive, just establish only one main team among the chosen workers; just for the sake of improvement plus cost saving without clashing with any others JD.

Don't burden the workers. Read between the silver linings; and try to understand the workers feeling as it is one of the main core in the heart of the company.
