We Want our refund from cancelled  Events !! to be refunded with in 14  days from a  Event being Cancelled (includes Saturdays and Sundays ) not 30 or 60 days as your polices apparently say ! 

not to be sitting on our money making interest from it while The CEO  sits there laughing at us. 

we  want our Orders History saved on file for the next ten years, not to be removed by your company ! 

We want to enjoy our Events, and enjoy them in everyway, and if cancelled not to be waiting months for a refunds because the CEO is fat cat living of the Interest. 

So everyone who has had issues with Ticketek Australia and world wide this is the  time to stand as one and demand our refunds back within 14 days
