Petition Closed

There is one crucial reason why Daniel Tosh should remain on the air, uninterrupted by the events that have recently occurred: he's a comedian.

He makes his living doing what he does. Some may call him vulgar or offensive. However, his comedic style is what makes him so unique and talented.

One of the only reasons people like him don't exist is because the majority of people simply wouldn't say what he says. Those that have tried have either been silenced or been forced to liquidate their comedic styles and techniques.

Don't let Daniel Tosh go the same path. Whether or not he should apologize is a different story, but silencing him altogether would bring a huge amount of disappointment from those who tune into Comedy Central to watch Tosh.0.

This petition is to keep Daniel Tosh and his show, Tosh.0, on the air, and to guarantee new episodes for the indefinite future.
