Banks have more leverage over the gun industry than any lawmaker. It would not be hard for Bank of America to take a stand. For instance, PayPal announced years ago that they would not allow their services to be used for the sale of firearms.
Do not process transactions from merchants that sell Assault Weapons.
Bank of America has a moral obligation and vested interest in being a leader in helping to solve societal challenges. This is your chance, Mr. Moynihan.
