AtGames sells the Legends Pinball, Legends Ultimate, Legends Gamer Pro and a few others. However they are unresponsive to technical support, fixing known issues with firmware upgrades, having firmware upgrades cause more issues than fix, forcing firmware upgrades on purchasers to get new games and pinball tables. They also have not fixed know hardware issues like the exciters that vibrate horribly that has been around since the first wave of machines. Controller boards are know to die suddenly. Atgames only offers a 30 day warranty and does not upgrade the poor hardware being used nor answer many times within that 30 day warranty period. They offer no phone support. They delete posts on Facebook which detail these issues.  These needs to change NOW.
