Airtel services have gotten worse day by day. More and more complaints have been rolling in. Airtel has been consistent in not providing quality services to customers and in turn used money (revenue) as a power to work against customer complaints and stay afloat by introducing dodgy new services in new areas instead of actually pledging to improve existing things and then work on improving things everywhere else. Consistent calling, data and internet issues are experienced everyday, every minute, every second. Social media feeds cannot load, downloads/uploads are painfully slow, browsing is almost impossible, call drops and failure is super frequent, streaming content in good quality over any online service has indeed become impossible. If all customers get the much needed compensation from the company, it might be expensive but still it’ll build trust amongst customers again. It’ll prove that Airtel India actually cares for its customers and works towards their welfare.
