Manatee County Planning Dept is wanting to put 2 access ways (sidewalks) from the commercial parcel on the corner of Lakewood Ranch Blvd and 44th Ave on to Tilden Park Ct and Belvedere Ter.

The developer, Neal Community Builders and the CP HOA along with the residents of both streets are working together to oppose the county's plan to cut through the existing solid wall and berm. The safety and security of the entire CP community is at risk if we do not convince the Manatee County Planning Commission to remove the 2 sidewalks from the development plan. The public hearing is Thursday, July 13th at 9 am at the Commissioner Chambers, 1112 Manatee Ave West, Bradenton. CP community support on this is very important.
If we are not heard, our community will no longer be safe & secured. The land will be developed as commercial property putting us a risk for many things such as theft, vandalism, rodents, pollution, trespassing, noise the list goes on.
