As citizens of India we have rights to vote and elect the Leaders for transparent and best performance governance for full 5years. But with our experience almost 80 - 90℅ of the times this is no way helpful as we see very poor performing ministers wasting valuable votes for 5 years without keeping up their promises made during elections. Incase of any No Confidence motion passed, the leaders fight in assembly Hall, adjust the opposition leaders or sometimes kidnap the critical leaders also for passing and gaining confidence.. This is ridiculous and absurd. 

Every citizen must be provided with right to vote a "No Confidence" for  the respective leaders of his Constituency (MLA) , State (CM) and Central (PM) any time post one year from the day of formation of Government till 6 months before the next elections. There should be change in system such that every citizen only who has voted in the previous election provided with the power to raise No Confidence Motion. Based on the pre defined thresholds of No Confidence in the prevailing Government/respective leader, the Government should be dissolved or change the leader or necessary changes in governance to be implemented. The leaders will then have forced commitment to work towards the development activities in an unbiased fashion. 

This will emerge any nation to be transformed with the Real Citizen Power or "Praja Prabhuthva" meaning Every Citizen is the King or The True Democracy, making our nation as the  Developed Country with Performance Government!!!
