Complete Ban on Paper Posters (pasted on street walls, etc.) Used for Advertising

Our Society is changing, we are more aware about things happening around us. It is the era of digitalization, and energy. The success of Swachh Bharat Mission depends on how people of India take it forward? Current India is all about participation. I see even nowadays ("21st Century"), many of advertising (by government, or business class, coaching institutes etc, or during election campaign) is done either through paper posters that are pasted to any street walls, electric pillars, tree's trunks etc. This looks shabby, and does not appeal to create a Swachh India. Municipality workers everyday clean such walls take-off the posters but the second day they again find some new advertisement sticking on the wall. How much Paper Pollution we are creating? Can't we move to the age of digital marketing? Can't we have smart solution save paper and improve the cleanliness of our colonies by eradicating the paper posters completely? Kindly pledge with me that we should sign this petition and let all government or government agencies should take appropriate measures to put a complete ban on such Paper Posters.
