There has been a lack of accountability for issues raised by Thatch Hill Estate 3, Olievenhoutbos X32, Centurion residents. 

The aim of the petition is to get feedback on the below items:

1. Until to date why CSI hasn't called a AGM with all the registered owner's?

2. Who determines the levy increases currently without owner's being present or represented? Who's appointing service providers?

3. Why these no a Board of trustees until to date? Who's approving the monthly invoices of the estates currently? For any emergencies who to owner's report to? Who's overseeing the service delivery of service providers?

4. Security - who is financing the security? Is central development contributing to this cost? Why have there been no reports/feedback on the break-ins reported

5. Who appointed the garden service and why is it paid from the owners' account while they do not cut owners' lawns
