1. We write to you as the residents of Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate Extension 34, Village 2 (the "Estate").

2. We kindly request that you make yourselves available for a meeting with the residents to address a few of our pressing concerns.

3. We wish to have said meeting with yourselves as members of the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association of the Estate to address the following issues:

3.1. Lack of cellphone network coverage;

3.2. Removal of Surf4Life as an internet service provider and their replacement with reliable service providers who are industry leaders

3.3. Pest Control to address pets such as rats and snakes, amongst others

3.4. Speed humps, relevant road signs and any other required speed control measures

3.5. The permanent and aesthetically pleasing renovation of the "swamp" on Toad Street; and

3.6. Electricity-frequent power outages on selected houses.

4. The residents suggest that the meeting be held on Thursday 11 November 2021 at 18:00 at your office located on site.

5. Kindly respond to us by no later than 16:00 on Tuesday 09 November 2021.
