As stakeholders in the education of our community's children, we call on Central School District to provide a more transparent process for hiring administrators. We have tried to rebuild trust with the district administration, but have been ignored and discounted. We are simply asking for a fair, honest and more transparent process that does not place unilateral power in the hands of one person. The district must re-engage with the community and build trust instead of pushing an agenda and process that seems to intentionally ignore the community's voice.
