Last November you-and more than 500 of your fellow Celebration home owners-signed a petition for a referendum vote which would compel CROA to submit the CCMC management contract to an RFP process. This number represents more than 10% of Celebration properties, an impressive number to be gathered in under ten days.
In response the CROA Board was pressed to re-negotiate the contract-which they had been prepared to sign at once. As a result CCMC lowered their bill by more than $600,000 over the 4 year term of the contract.

ALL of YOU, in signing that petition, should be congratulated for that victory. It was significant and provided a taste of what a strong and independent CROA Board, willing to question the status-quo and fight for the Homeowners could do.

Now we need to transfer the power of the petition to the power of the VOTE. This year the candidate list is very long, and includes many highly qualified residents, an indication of the strong desire in Celebration for change. We chose a slate of four-all exhibit formidable leadership and decision making skills. We ask you to support them, and to tell your neighbors to support them.
If you are willing to add your name to our endorsement list email me.
