To give the recognition for those who served our country's armed forces. Why don't we honor those who accepted the challenge of protecting our country against all enemies foreign and domestic. We have Veterans day to honor those who served. We have Memorial day to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving their life for one's country. We now have Armed Forces day to honor those who are currently serving.  During those individual days of recognition there isn't a lot of focus in the mainstream media or on the internet concerning military history,  movies, or documentaries. Have we become so self centered as a country that we can't honor these heroes with more than 3 days out of a year? It's time we start shining a spotlight on those who continue to make our country the land of the free and home of the brave. Establish May as the month to honor those who have served, are still serving, and/or chose to serve in the world's greatest military in the future. 

The more signatures we receive the better chance we can push it to our politicians for action. God bless and God bless the ��!
