Stop the advertising and promoting of alcohol and gambling on buses

I have become aware of the adundance of advertising and promoting of alcohol and gambling on the sides of public transport buses in our community recently and I feel it is very inappropriate given that people of all ages use buses and also given the nature of these dangerous or risky activities and products. I believe these materials should not be advertised on public buses for children and vulnerable individuals to see every day.
Just as smoking is no longer allowed to be advertised in public, neither should the consumption of alcohol and gambling and similar problem activities with a high incidence of dangerous abuse such as alcoholism and gambling addiction, and to achieve this change we must begin somewhere and make our opinions known and our voices heard by the right people - those with the power to make change for the better a reality. Therefore, I am hereby petitioning CDC Victoria to remove these advertisements from their vehicles immediately.
If you have also seen these advertisements and feel them inappropriate, please think about signing this petition and sharing it with your family and friends. The more voices we have, the more chances we have of being heard.
