Attention: Johor MACC Director Datuk Azmi Alias

We, the undersigned, being owners of commercial unit in Capxxx 21 @ Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This is our petition letter to MACC Johor Bahru regarding the issues faced by the owners.

The project developer of Capxxx  21 project  CCP) , did not deliver the original proj. of Capxxx 21 according to what had been marketed during the sales period. Please refer to the enclosed marketing brochures and video compared to the existing mall condition. We, the owners are short-changed by the developer.

CCRX, a RM100 paid up capital company incorporated by CCP, the owners are supposed to receive the return of x% of the purchase price per annum upon full commencement of the mall on 2018.

We wish to have a face to face meeting with the Director of CCP, CEO, 

Regarding the issues above.

However, CEO, Cfo, directors is always not available.

We would like to request Macc, relevant parties Johor Bahru to investigate into the incident by CCP
