Procuct not delivered by MYNTRA and denied refund for the same

I had ordered 3 products from MYNTRA which were supposed to arrive in two consignment. First consignment which was delivered on 18th of June should had two products but I had received only one product in that consignment with invoice of two product on the same packet. I raised a complaint against the issue but they didn't respond actively on the issue(even after calling them 20 times). They asked me to wait for some time. But wow!! they came up with the brilliant resolution that they are responsible for product loss and won't be able to refund for my lost product.
Moreover when I tracked the 2nd consignment product on 24th of June in MYNTRA app its status was already delivered which was on 20th of June. Some how i got the contact number of the delivery boy and managed to get the third product. In this case, how we can expect such a irresponsible delivery service from such a reputed online shopping site.
I want to ask who will be responsible for the product loss. This can happen to anyone please support me in the case. I can't tolerate such a fraud and will take legal action against the same.
