Appeal to the CBSE regarding Lenient Checking in Accounts (2020) Exam
Why this petition matters
The Accounts exam was very difficult and time consuming as it involved a lot of calculations in the short questions due to which we were not able to attempt some of the long questions. Some of the questions were tricky too. CBSE should have given more time for the preparation as the syllabus was vast.
Last year students were awarded with grace marks i.e. they had the extension of the moderation policy which has been stopped by the CBSE board from this year onward.
This is a bit unfair that we neither have the advantage of the moderation policy nor the paper was short because of the long calculations and the vast syllabus to be covered.
We request the CBSE Examination Board to check the answer sheets leniently so that it won't effect our future as this will create pressure on us and our families. Sign this petition and do share this petition with your friends which will help this reach CBSE.
