Dear Ms Anitha Karwal,

CBSE SCIENCE EXAM ON 4TH MARCH

HOW CAN THE BOARD GIVE QUESTIONS WHICH ARE NOT IN THE SYLLABUS AND NOT FOLLOW THE BLUE PRINT,

With kind reference to the CBSE Grade X Science exam conducted on 4th March, 2020, we would like to state that the level of questions set in the Bengaluru region when compared to other regions were really tough. Students prefer CBSE board so that they learn little application level of answering papers. You must be aware that even under CBSE Board we have students of all calibre, slow learners, average learners and quick learners. A paper must be set judiciously keeping in mind all these students. The blue print is given by the board but for your kind information it wasn’t followed. Most of the questions were of application level and least importance was given to recalling and remembering. Few questions are out of the syllabus and which have not been taught.  These kinds of question papers will surely pull down the confidence level of all the students. Do we expect them to cope up with such kind of situations where there is injustice rendered only to one region of CBSE Board. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions, so that at least the correction is made lenient and liberal. I think you should consult senior school teachers before setting the question paper and also after.

Thanking you,

Sincerely yours.

Well-wisher of Students.
