“The denial and silence of CBSE won’t stop students from fighting for justice”
Despite ample evidences circulating across social media, CBSE has denied that there was no leak of the question paper.
Students are constantly raising their voice for reexamination and investigation. However, CBSE does not seem interested. Even the media has become silent about this issue after two days.
Let us put up evidences to prove that there is a need for reexamination and an independent investigation against this issue.
Evidence 1- CBSE accepted that there were attempts to leak the question papers.
On March 4, CBSE issued a notice on its website that some elements are writing to the examination center and asking for copies of question paper.

Evidence 2- A tweet appeared on 13th March stating that accountancy paper has been leaked (two days before the examination). It also showed text messages of a person claiming that he had the leaked papers.

Evidence 3- CNN-News 18 showed images of the real paper and the leaked paper on its channel.
You will come across copies of the real paper and the leaked paper half way through the video.
The real paper appears in the form of a booklet while the leaked paper is in the form of a Xerox copy, which proofs the fact that the accountancy question paper was leaked.

Evidence 4- CBSE admits that chemistry question papers were transported on Delhi metro.
A lawyer had complained to CBSE that chemistry question papers were transported on Delhi metro. CBSE has admitted that such an incident occurred.
Evidence 5- Delhi Education minister confirms that leaked paper matches with the real paper.
Delhi education minister had confirmed that the leaked paper matches the real SET-2 accountancy paper.

Evidence 6- WhatsApp screenshot of leaked chemistry paper on twitter.
On 13th March, one and half hours after the chemistry examination a WhatsApp screenshot was posted on twitter showing images of the chemistry paper. The screenshot showed the date (13th March) and the time at which the paper was delivered to the account (09:47 am i.e. before the examination had begun).

Evidence 7-Whatsapp screenshots of leaked Business Studies paper on Facebook.
On 9th March, a few hours after business studies exam, WhatsApp screenshots of leaked business studies paper was posted on Facebook. The post clearly showed the time at which the paper was delivered to the account (09:22 am i.e. before the examination begun).
Evidence 8- WhatsApp screenshot of leaked accountancy paper on twitter.
A tweet on twitter showed WhatsApp screenshots of leaked accountancy paper. It clearly showed the date (15th March) and the time (09:33 am i.e. before the examination begun).

Evidence 9- Another WhatsApp screenshot of leaked chemistry paper on twitter.
Another WhatsApp screenshot showed images of the leaked chemistry paper. It showed the date (13th March) and the time(09:00 i.e. before the examination had begun).

There are numerous other screenshots of question paper(s) posted on twitter. You can easily find it if you search it with hash tags #cbse, #cbsepaperleak, #cbseleak.
Despite, all the above evidences CBSE labels the leak of question paper as “fake news”. They are not interested in conducting re-examination and in ensuring justice to students.
However, students will continue fighting for justice.
