Dr. Stone has a lot of information in perspective of class X's Physics and Chemistry Curriculum. It explains the scientific topic in 2 to 3 manga panels or 2 to 3 pages. 

Well it can be added in curriculum like 

1. Making the students group watch the anime which usually ends in 20 minutes. After that make them re-watch the the episode again but this time encourage them to make notes
2. This will end in 2-3 months as Anime has 2 seasons only 
3. After that you can make them read manga in the class while teacher explaining the story and scientific topics.
4. Make them read the whole manga
