On Thursday September 9th, many feminine students of Holicong MS were dress coded. The school staff is silent when students walk around with their masks down which is strictly not allowed unless medically exempt. Holicong has done little to evolve and still says non-inclusive terms like “Young Men and Women” and “Ladies and gentlemen” despite the various gender identities of their students. The dress code is outdated and targets feminine students directly. “Tops that expose mid drift, low cut and are revealing.” Revealing is a general term, and looks different on everybody. This makes the dress code not only sexist, but sections certain clothing items to certain body types. Holicong, you are sexist, fat phobic, and unaccepting. You are the problem.
