For the last forty eight years, Star Trek has become a platform for addressing social and political issues with the viewing audiences. In every iteration of the series, humanity's greatest obstacles are confronted rectified through humanism and optimism. Star Trek so much more than the average Television series. It reverberates through the hearts and minds of hundreds of millions of people throughout the world in the form of social commentary and the hope of societal enlightenment.
We feel that the time has come for a new series  what is arguably one of the most pivotal characters in the Star Trek Universe. 
Please consider bringing back the character of Wesly Crusher as played by Will Wheaton for a new chapter in the franchise.
