Personal story
I am a friend of Hemant Kumar's brother and I want to raise this issue as nobody involved in the family of the victim is satisfied with the so-called investigation. It has been almost 48 hours after the alleged murder of Hemant Kumar in Nukkadwala Restaurant, Saket Delhi. He was a staff member who was working there on Thursday 29th November 2018. All that, the family has received from the police in charge is a copy of their Diary entry of the Police station. The police has yet not handed over a copy of FIR, they are constantly denying to file an FIR. The postmortem has been done and the hospital AIIMS states it will take 7 days to hand over the postmortem report. The police must pressurise the hospital to deliver the postmortem report in 24 hours.

The file has been submitted to the hospital as stated by additional SHO Anish Sharma. FIR is a right for all common people that cannot be denied by any Police In-Charge, and it has been 48 hours that the family has been denied to file an FIR. There can be no just investigation without an FIR, kindly help up by supporting and signing this petition and justice must prevail in this case. We atleast deserve a fair investigation.
