When a person is caught with the intent to sell Fentanyl they should be charged with attempted manslaughter or attempted murder! If a person can be charged with murder or attempted murder for helping a hospice patient or cancer patient end there suffering then we should be able to give a Fentanyl dealer with the intent to distribute a felony 1 conviction of attempted murder or murder with the highest sentencing !
