The Owl House is being taken off the air due to “budget cuts” in the Walt Disney franchise. This is the first Disney Channel show to not only have a LGBTQIA+ couple but also to show real struggle that cannot be solved with a snap of a finger. It is no mistake that this show is being taken off the air as it does not match everything else Disney has done. 
The problem with this show is not the writing, it is one of the best written children shows I have ever seen. The problem with this show is the network. Dana Terrance did an amazing job and it does not deserve to go in the trash especially since a show like Bunk’d got four seasons. Don’t get me wrong Bunk’d is a great show but the reason for the show was because Debby Ryan could not work for Disney anymore with her DUIs. The Owl House however was a show with an intended purpose. 
The best solution for this issue is to give the show to Cartoon Network so they can finish all Dana Terrance intended to do. The Cartoon Network has took on projects very similar to The Owl House and has succeeded with them such as Steven Universe. The Cartoon Network could do great things with a show like Thd Owl House, especially considering it already has a fan base. This would not be a problem because shows change networks all the time and as I previously stated the problem is with Disney and not Dana Terrance.
