So Do they Love them, its not hard to tell. All you need to do is be observant it will be as plain as the nose on their face or in this case a mask on their face” followed by two pictures a child in a car seat with a seat belt and wearing a mask”

This is unacceptable behavior as a teacher. This is not the first time that there has been a complaint made against . My son is a student in her classroom she made flip his mask over because it said Trump. She has also been reported for bribing the children in her classroom to wear a mask, they are told if they do wear a mask for a month straight (every child in her classroom must participate) they will get an electronic day. If they refuse, they are given extra work.

There have been several complaints against this teacher by parents. I have also been sent messages from teachers that feel they can not speak out for putting themselves at risk and loosing their jobs. Upon reporting this to the school board they slapped her on the hand once again, per policy I was told and she continues to teach in the classroom. My son is currently in that room and cannot transfer because she is the only 4th grade teacher at the school.

This petition is not out of retaliation or my personal experience with her. It is based on what should and should not be acceptable in the classroom. There are many reasons a child may or may not wear mask, special needs children are a good example due to sensory issues. Other children due to certain medical conditions such a Asthma. But none should be able to say it is not because we do not love our children or care about their wellbeing.

It has been proven that is not capable to teach the children without bringing her personal beliefs and enforcing them in her classroom. What she does on her personal time is her choice and what she posts on her personal page however, when you make comments like she has made it open it up for parents to see. Her job as a teacher to teach the children academics not her personal political preferences. That is personal and should be left up to the parents to talk to their children about.
The unloving and caring parents she is referring to as bad parents are the reason, she has a job.

We are asking the School Board to do right by our children and remove her from the classroom. We are asking for your support by signing this petition and would also encourage you to be at the board meeting on Sept 15 @ 530 Stateline Training Center Elizabethton, TN.
