A job that wouldn't deteriorate my qualifications.

Dear Miss Lam,
I am a dual degree holder from India with my qualifications accredited by the HKVAAQ. However, it is surprising to me that even after the recognition by the organization, the employers still don't recognize it. Perhaps my skin colour is a limiting factor as well because of the fact that not knowing Chinese is only a disadvantage for Ethnic minorities but not people with lighter skin complexion. I was deeply saddened to work for much less than what my qualifications hold. I have experience as a teacher for more than ten years from India but Hong Kong employers never valued it.
I would really appreciate if this condition of discrimination changes and Hong Kong becomes a fair and peaceful society to live in where we won't be seen less due to our skin colour. Never let a qualified ethnic minority person have a difficult life without proper job as they're dark skinned.
I would never want this to happen to the future generation. Kindly consider my petition.
