Bent Creek HOA: Improving road conditions during and following snow fall/icy conditions

Petition for Bent Creek Residents supporting the need for improved road conditions during and following snowfall/icy conditions.
After several snow storms this winter, the roads of Bent Creek were dangerously icy and slippery due to the process the Bent Creek Homeowners Association ( HOA) follows for snow removal and treatment. A group of Homeowners petitioned our HOA board in January, urging them to reconsider their snow removal and treatment process- in short, to do a better job keeping our roads, our community and our residents safe.
The board has convened an advisory committee, headed by two HOA board members Ryan Commerce and John Aranowicz. Others on the Advisory committee are concerned community members including Carrie Galanis, George Galanis, Brad Mowbray, Josh Gerben, Michael Palasz and Jon Wolko. This committee would like the HOA board to review the snow removal/treatment process. Committee members are collecting names and signatures from residents to measure interest and commitment to improving the safety of our roads. We will present these signatures to the HOA board at its next meeting on February 8th, 2018.
Please join us in sending a message to our board that you want our road conditions in the winter to be better and safer for all of us.
