In the interest of many religious beliefs, and the United States Constitution, many people are being discriminated upon because they are choosing not to get vaccinated either by religious beliefs, medical condition, personal beliefs, or preference to allow their immune system to carry them through sickness.  With Mayor Bill DeBlasio's mandate for proof of vaccination, these rights are being violated.  It is a person's choice as to what happens to their body.  It is unconstitutional for a person to be forced to receive something in their body, and further unconstitutional for them to be forced to show proof of having received it.  It's like being marked.  It's also no different than asking someone their race before letting them into an event; it's also discrimination.  As a Business owner in both Manhattan and east central Pennsylvania, I am asking you to rule DeBlasio's mandate unconstitutional, and shut it down.  As someone who lost his wife to COVID I am also aware of the dangers of this virus, and very in favor of bringing the virus to an end.  I just feel mandates are just not the way to do it.  Mandates cause people to distrust others, and cause more problems.  I plead with you on this.
