Carnival Corporation  is not giving full refunds amid the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak currently sweeping the globe. Due to the corona virus being a declared state of emergency in several states of the US and a national emergency in some countries, we would like to request a full refund. It is utterly irresponsible of carnival corporation to risk the health of their employees and customers and to not allow their loyal customers to get refunded. 

March 7, 2020, Carnival Panorama Passengers were held at Long Beach as a person was undergoing coronavirus testing.  This took longer than expected and delayed the next trip. A letter was sent to those who were Supposed to board Carnival Panorama on Saturday March 7th stating “We now intend to operate your cruise as a six day sailing departing on Sunday”. Later in the letter they stated “We recognize the impact this has had on your vacation, and should you decide to cancel, a full refund of your cruise will be provided.” Carnival cruise lines should be willing to give a full refund to everyone. If those customers were given a chance to a full refund, the same can be done to customers who have a future cruise booked. There is nothing that guarantees this won’t continue to happen. The situation is not getting any better as numbers in the US continue to rise. Why are they willing to wait until trips are made, flights are missed, healths are at risk and lives are lost.
