Hello,I’m part of the senior graduating class of 2020 at Carmel High School. It has comes to my attention that we will be having our graduation ceremony at overlook drive in;This would be a great idea however, the school unlike others did not give the students a voice whatsoever. The school had only gone off the input of very few of the senior class instead of the class as a whole unlike stated in their virtual meeting. Making many of us very devastated towards the whole situation. Another point i would like to bring up is our 8th grade class has always had an amazing ceremony as well as the seniors, But now it’s been stated the class will not be receiving as much as the 8th graders. We WILL NOT be receiving any reunions, we WILL NOT be receiving a senior bbq and or dance, when classes younger than us will be. Please take just a minute to sign this to show our school district we MUST receive the ending of this chapter we deserve.
